This is another from Haiti I took out the window of the bus. I haven't done a 'tilt shift' shot in awhile so I figured I'd try 'er again. Hope you enjoy.

It's a photographic technique that makes the subject appear to be a toy model. In its purest form it's done with a 'tilt-shift' lens. In essence, it greatly exaggerates the out of focus areas leaving just a line that is in focus. It, in a sense, 'tricks' your mind.
